STUDENTS ARE RECOMMENDED TO TRAIN IN AT LEAST 2 CLASSES PER WEEK
TECHNIQUES
Fixed Stance, Side Punch – Stepping forward 4 times
Walking Stance, Circular Block – Stepping forward 4 times
Bending Ready Stance, Side Kick – right and left leg on the spot (slow and fast)
PATTERNS
Won-Hyo Tul in own time
Back Piercing Kick from Sitting Stance – forward 4 times and backwards 4 times
SPARRING
One Step Sparring – Number 3 & Number 4
