(10th to 9th)
10 Press-ups –
Flat hands up to 17 years old and over 40 years old.
10 Punches – Feet Together
Walking Stance, Middle Outer Forearm Block Middle Obverse Punch – Stepping forward 4 times
Saji Jurigi – 4 Directional Punch – with Instructor
Saji Makgi – 4 Directional Block – with Instructor
Front Kick, Double Punch from a Walking Stance – forward 4 times and backwards 4 times
Three Step Sparring – Footwork only
No destruction required at this level.
